These are fan connectors for the HP Gen 8 / 9 / 10 Servers, these allow you to use your own fans / PWM over 900rpm when required. HP uses a proprietary connector which is a 6 pin by 2mm pitch. Pin outs can be found online on Reddit etc. Please check your existing fan connectors before purchasing.
