These are DC (3 pin connector) fans NOT PWM (4 pin connector) fans meaning they cannot control how fast they spin and will go at full blast constantly. I bought these thinking they where pwm and they are not. they work perfectly but I wouldn't recommend these fans for a personal computer because their constantly spinning at max so relatively loud. I bought them and installed them and realised they where DC fans so they are basically new.
